Air Force veteran Alimael Rivera Martinez was able to afford to college thanks to funding from the Veteran Rapid Retraining Assistance Program. He said Franklin Cummings Tech faculty and staff provided the support and assistance he needed to earn his certificate in Electronics Technology and to help him transition from the military sector into the civilian world.
