Laura Campbell began her college career as a Psychology and Criminal Justice major, but she found the field was not a good fit with her personality. After taking some time off from college, she researched careers in Opticianry (a field in which both of her parents are involved) and discovered that Franklin Cummings Tech offers the state’s only Opticianry associate degree program. “The program here was absolutely phenomenal,” she said. “I came in knowing absolutely nothing and I’m leaving a professional in my field.”
