GRAD Last Mile Fund
Do you have a roadblock preventing you from graduating this year? The GRAD Last Mile Fund might be for you!
The GRAD (Graduate Ready to Achieve Degree) Last Mile Fund provides up to $2,500 in financial support to students who have non-academic costs that could prevent them from completing their degree. The fund may be used to help pay college costs if no other college-based fund is available.
Who can apply?
GRAD Last Mile Fund grants are for college students who:
- are on track academically to graduate in the next semester,
- have a demonstrated financial need, and
- preference is given to Boston residents and BPS grads.
Financial need includes non-academic hardships like rent, unexpected medical expenses, or childcare costs. The program is sponsored by the college and the City of Boston.
