Co-op Program participants

Franklin Cummings Tech offers a year-long, 1200+ hour co-op, where students work for pay at a top employer full-time starting in May after their first year and then part-time during their second year as they earn their associate degrees. The Co-op includes:

  • On-the-job coaching to students on how to thrive in the workplace. The co-op manager checks in with both student and employer and does regular workplace visits
  • Student trainings led by industry leaders on how to succeed in their professions
  • Academic credit for the co-op to help students earn while they learn
