Support Franklin Cummings Tech by donating a vehicle today! To donate your car to the college, simply fill out our donation form below.
How your car is used
Based upon the determination of the Automotive Technology chair, the vehicle may be used for educational purposes and/or may be in a condition that may be able to allow the vehicle to be sold as is. Either way, your tax-deductible donation will provide valuable hands-on experience to automotive tech students.
How it works
Once all vehicle details are submitted, our Development team will review with the Automotive Technology Department chair to determine if the vehicle meets donation criteria. Donors will be notified if their vehicle is accepted, and arrangements will be made for delivery. Donated car sales require a holding period from the time of donation to the time of resale. During this waiting period, the vehicle will be stored on the Franklin Cummings Tech campus.
Getting your car to us
Franklin Cummings Tech does not offer a pick up service for donated vehicles, all vehicles will need to be delivered to the campus and a title must also be in hand at the time of donation to ensure all paperwork is provided to ensure that Franklin Cummings Tech will issue a 1098-C tax form to complete the donation.
