Marvin Loiseau

Marvin J. Loiseau, Ed.DDean of Academic and Student Affairs

Dr. Marvin Loiseau began his tenure at the college in July 2011 and previously served as Dean of Recruitment. Before joining the college, he worked at Mount Ida College as Associate Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. He has higher education experience in undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, and residence life through his roles at Mount Ida College, Babson College, and Suffolk University. He received his BA in Business Management from Mount Ida College, a Master’s Degree in Education from Suffolk University, and a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University.

Michael Felix

Michael FelixExecutive Director of Student Affairs

Michael Felix joined the college in August 2017. He works closely with students, advisors, and faculty to connect students with career and leadership opportunities. Michael worked formerly at Boston College, where he earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education and served the college in many capacities, including as the Residential Coordinator for the Thea Bowman AHANA & Intercultural Center in their Options Through Education Summer Program, as the Program Coordinator for the Center for Student Formation, and as the Graduate Assistant for Diversity & Outreach.

Greg Chludzinski

Greg ChludzinskiAssociate Director of Career Services

Greg Chludzinski previously worked for MassHire Boston Career Center at Morgan Memorial Goodwill as Manager of Career Services, where he supervised four career advisors who provided employment counseling and networked with local community-based and government organizations to refer job seekers. Prior to that, he worked at Work, Community Independence where he was Manager of Employment Services. In this role, he served as managed the community employment program. He earned his Bachelor of Art in History and Secondary Education. He also has a certificate in Non-Profit Management from Suffolk University.

Anna Leidner

Anna LeidnerStudent Success Coach

Anna Leidner joined the college after working at Boston International High School, where she served as a College and Career Adviser through the College Advising Corps at Boston University. In that role, she supported students through the college and financial aid application processes. She earned her BA in Linguistics with minors in Spanish and Psychology from Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN. As a Student Success Coach, she works closely with students, faculty, and campus resources to advise and support students on their path to success. Anna is dedicated to serving her students and believes that everyone can succeed when given equitable access to resources and opportunities

Emma Michalowski

Emma Michalowski, LICSW, FSWDirector of Student Wellness and Support

Emma Michalowski began working at the college in August 2019 after graduating with her Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University. In May 2023, she became a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). As the Director of Student Wellness and Support, Emma helps students overcome challenges they face outside the classroom that could get in the way of their academic success. This includes housing instability, mental wellness, transportation challenges, food access, and more. She accomplishes this by connecting students with the on-campus programs she manages, as well as community-based partners and resources. Emma wants all students to know they do not need to face their challenges alone. If you want support, reach out. She will be happy to work with you to find the best path forward.

Fiona Pierce

Fiona PierceCareer Navigator

Fiona Pierce joined the college after earning a Master of Public Policy from Northeastern University and a B.A. in English and Secondary Education from Loyola University Maryland. She became familiar with FC Tech while working on a graduate Capstone project centered on the College’s Co-op program. Fiona came to the College with a background in special education, having worked previously at a middle school on the South Shore. As Career Navigator, she engages with students, faculty, employers, and campus resources to advise students and connect them to career opportunities. Fiona is passionate about supporting and empowering students as they pursue their academic and career aspirations.

Sophia Ryan

Sophia RyanStudent Success Coach

Sophia Ryan came to the college after years of work with educational and human service based institutions. She was born and raised in Massachusetts and earned her Bachelors at Lesley University in Cambridge. As a Student Success Coach she works closely with students, faculty, and campus resources to advise and support students on their path to success.

Wongly Sine

Wongly SineAssistant Director of Student Success

Wongly Sine was born and raised in Haiti. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a leadership concentration at Suffolk University in Boston. Wongly completed his Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs at Salem State University. He was involved in many leadership activities where he developed a passion for working with students and providing individuals with the resources needed to succeed. Wongly joined the college from Match Charter Public High School, where he served as college and career counselor, supporting seniors through the college application process. He is dedicated to serving his students and believes that everyone can and will succeed if given the opportunity and support needed to do so. He is looking forward to making a difference in the community.

Kate Varteresian

Kate Varteresian, M.Ed.Learning Specialist

Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and her Master of Education in Science Education from Boston University. She comes to the college with a history of peer tutoring, TAing, and classroom teaching for Biology, Math, and Physics. As a life-long wheelchair user she is very excited to serve as the Learning Specialist, arranging classroom accommodations for Franklin Cummings Tech students.
