Many of our students need to work to help pay their college costs, so we have partnered with companies that offer flexible schedules, good pay rates, and scholarships to employees who attend Franklin Cummings Tech.
Co-op Program
Franklin Cummings Tech offers a year-long, 1200+ hour co-op, where students are paid to learn on the job, providing a path to better careers and higher salaries. Participating associate degree students work for pay at a top employer full-time in their college summer and part-time in their second year as they earn their degrees. Companies commit to a starting wage of at least $20/hour, tuition support when available to share in the cost of the students’ college education, and a full-time role for the student who meets company expectations upon graduation. Amazon Career Choice Program
This partnership connects our students to roles in Amazon’s warehouses around Greater Boston. After just 90 days of employment, eligible Amazon student-employees can qualify for $2,600 (part-time) or $5,200 (full-time) in tuition assistance per year. Archways to Opportunity at McDonald’s
McDonald’s Corp.’s Archways to Opportunity program makes college more affordable for working students. After just 90 days of employment, student-employees who are in good standing and meet a minimum average number of work hours per week can qualify for $2,500 – $3,000 a year in tuition assistance through Archways. All our programs are eligible for Archways to Opportunity tuition assistance.

Triumvirate Environmental – Learn & Earn Career Program
Triumvirate is committed to paying for student tuition while students are working full-time at Triumvirate Environmental, Inc. (40 hours per week). The work hours are early morning to mid-afternoon, allowing for students to attend their classes or program in the evening. Triumvirate offers career opportunities in Transportation, Field Operations, Facilities, and much more. Learn more about Triumvirate.
Local Hospitals
Franklin Cummings Tech offers employees of Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston Medical Center, and Mass General Brigham a 10% reduction in tuition for any of our high-demand certificate, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree programs. Discounted tuition is available not just for their hospital employees, but also for their domestic partners and dependents.
