Courtney Roy-Branigan Named Chief Campaign Officer
April 8, 2021
Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology is excited to welcome Courtney Roy-Branigan as the college’s first Chief Campaign Officer. She brings with her more than 20 years of expertise in generating revenue and increasing support for nonprofits.
As a focused fundraising professional, she has led multimillion-dollar campaigns for a wide variety of organizations, fostered strong local and regional partnerships, and solicited and secured major gifts for prominent nonprofits. Her creativity and experience in campaign planning and management resulted in exceeding annual goals for organizations such as Entrepreneurship for All (resulting in a $1.5M gift for the National expansion for EforAll’s programs) and the Plimoth/Patuxet Museums (where she successfully led a $17M fundraising campaign).
In this new role, Roy-Branigan will direct BFIT’s first-ever comprehensive campaign. She will lead the college through a strategy to cultivate deeper and broader philanthropic investment to enrich BFIT’s student services and scholarships, enhance curriculum innovation, and support our institution’s move to Roxbury’s Nubian Square.
We are thrilled to have Courtney’s leadership and look forward to her contribution during this incredibly exciting and transformative time for the college.
