Solar Technician

Our Engineering Technology Associate Degree (AS) program offers four concentrations that provide extensive hands-on training and instruction from industry leaders as you learn how to design, install, maintain, and repair high-tech manufacturing systems, electronic systems and robotics, smart building technology, or renewable energy generation technology (offshore wind and solar). Our programs include a focus on sustainability, seamlessly bringing together the changing needs of our employer partners and the interests of our students.

Flexible "Stackable" Program Options

Many of our Engineering Technology programs are “stackable,” which means that you can apply college credits earned from your certificate toward our Associate of Science in Engineering Technology (AS) program. For the Associate Degree, you will choose one of four high-demand concentrations: Manufacturing and Automation Technology, Building Automation Systems, Mechatronics Technology, or Renewable Energy Technology. Within each concentration, you will learn the specialized skills needed for some of the region’s fastest growing careers, including: Building Controls Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Robotics Technician, or Offshore Wind Energy Technician.

Let us help you get on the path to a great career!
