Aug 20 - CM Students Make Working Visit to New Campus Construction Site

August 20, 2024 – Students from the Heavy Construction class in the Construction Management associate degree program recently visited the site of our new campus at 1011 Harrison Ave. During the students’ working visit to the site, the team from contractors Dellbrook One Way installed some of the 400+ mini piles that will stabilize the soil and support the concrete floor and steel structure. “It was a fantastic visit,” said Leslie Tuplin, chair of the Construction Management program. “The students were blown away.” 

This is the first of a series of working visits that students in many of our programs will be making to the site to see their classroom learning in action.
